The MTA is ahead of schedule toward identifying $500 million in savings annually beginning in 2025.
The 4.3-acre site south of the rail station will feature 259 units of affordable senior and workforce family housing, HADC’s new headquarters, community space and amenities, and convenient access to MARTA bus and rail service.
The new MetroLink vehicles are being funded, in part, by $196 million in federal funding awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation earlier this year.
