During a brief vacation in Colorado last week, my family and I took a trip up Pikes Peak and enjoyed the sights along the way. I also realized just how much your work can influence your outlook on life in subtle ways. For me, that meant paying more attention to public transit options that I had previously taken for granted while out of town.

Valley Metro's online music video campaign, "Valley Metro Notes," consists of 11 songs from six local bands, showing in an entertaining way how to use the transit system. The campaign is geared toward high school, college students and older, with the caveat of not alienating any other demographic.
