CLEVELAND — In an effort to close the gap between the number of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) students and Case Western Reserve University students who ride transit, Tri-C and the Regional Transportation Authority have created a discounted bus pass program for Tri-C students, according to Cleveland.com. A semester pass will cost $240, compared to $25 per semester for Case Western students. A regular bus pass for non-university riders would cost $340 to cover the same period.
