CLEVELAND — In an effort to close the gap between the number of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) students and Case Western Reserve University students who ride transit, Tri-C and the Regional Transportation Authority have created a discounted bus pass program for Tri-C students, according to Cleveland.com.
