U. of Richmond allows men on safety shuttle after assaults

RICHMOND, Va. — Because the college has seen an unusually high number of on-campus assaults since the beginning of the semester at the University of Richmond, a policy was enacted to allow men to use the campus safety shuttle, The Collegian reports.
