PASADENA, Calif. — The California Institute of Technology’s commuter programs, which offer 13 vanpools, transit subsidies, telework and flextime options; Zipcar rentals and secure bike-storage facilities, have received the Blue Diamond Award from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, according to CalTech Today.
