NEWARK, N.J. — Over the last year, Rutgers-Newark officials have held city cycling tours, built a new bike park and offered free loaner bikes to persuade students, faculty and staff to get out of their cars and onto bicycles, according to The Star-Ledger.

Rutgers-Newark started its bike program because it has the most severe parking problem of Rutgers' three campuses. For more, click here.
