Calif. transit runs Nova ‘Smart Bus’ pilot for college

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — MTD Santa Barbara (MTD) is testing out a new articulated Nova "Smart Bus" for its University of California Santa Barbara/Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) Express Route, keyt.com reported. Transit officials said the larger bus will let them take another bus off the route, saving time and fuel costs. For the full story, click here.
