YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Youngstown State University trustees decided against a mandatory parking fee for all students at a budget hearing, but will instead raise the parking fee by $20 per semester for all students who buy parking passes, according to WYTV News.

The trustees considered making the fee mandatory for all students to force students to park in YSU lots for safety concerns, but the university does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate all the students. For the full story, click here.
