MINNEAPOLIS — Light-rail construction on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus has reduced the number of accessible sidewalks and bus stops and caused changes to bus routes, making it more difficult for students, particularly those with disabilities, to get around campus, Minnesota Daily reported.
