COLLEGE STATION, Texas — Texas A&M’s Transportation Services unveiled the Borrow-a-Bike program, which allows students and faculty to lease a bike for a short period of time, according to the battalion. MaroonBikes, a local bike shop, provides the bikes to the university for free.

Texas A&M implemented the program to add transportation options for students who don’t have a vehicle on campus. One student told the paper it was good to have the option since the bus “is not so frequent.” For the full story, click here.
