Harvard advances bicycle plans

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — As the number of cyclists on Harvard University’s campuses continues to grow, so too does the infrastructure to support them, with the university adding new bike racks and repair stations, expanding bicycle benefits for commuters and installing 12 Hubway bike-sharing stations in Boston and Cambridge, according to the Harvard gazette.

The university’s efforts were recently recognized by the national advocacy organization League of American Bicyclists with a silver-level Bicycle Friendly University designation. For the full story, click here.
