U. of North Ala. boosts fees to pay for bus app

FLORENCE, Ala. — The transportation fee for University of North Alabama students who use the bus system will increase for the upcoming school year. The fee, which will go from $22 to $24, will go toward equipping buses with GPS so students can access route data via their smartphones, as well as help pay for maintenance and drivers, according to the TimesDaily.
