Minn. residents want their share of transit dollars

SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Critics of Gov. Mark Dayton's proposal to raise $200 million per year for new bus and passenger rail services through a sales tax increase want to know who will control the funds and if the east metro will get its fair share, reported the Pioneer Press.
