JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) has three finalists for its executive director position that all applied for the job at the last minute, according to The Florida Times Union.

The JTA’s consultant recommended: Stephen Bland, CEO of the Port Authority of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh; Carolyn Flowers, CEO of the Charlotte Area Transit System in North Carolina; and Mikel Oglesby, GM of the SunLine Transit Agency in Riverside County, Calif.
