1M public transit stops on Google Maps for Android

NEW YORK CITY — Google Maps on Android now has schedules for more than one million public transit stops worldwide. The new version allows you to highlight a single mode of transportation (subway, bus, or train), temporarily hiding the other transit information, thus making it easier to map your destination, PC Magazine reported.

In addition to the U.S., Google Maps provides transit information for public transport hubs such as Tokyo, London, and Sydney, Australia. For the full story, click here.
