FLINT, Mich. —The Mass Transportation Authority in Flint, Mich. will break ground today on a new alternative fueling facility, which the agency plans to power via a solar farm, mLive.com reported.

The first phase of the project includes construction of a first-of-its-kind hydrogen, propane and electric fueling station at a cost of $3.5 million.
