BOSTON — On Wednesday, Aiden Quinn, the former Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority rail operator, who said he was texting his girlfriend before his Green Line car smashed into another car in 2009, pleaded guilty to a charge of negligence by a person in control of a train, boston.com reports.
