SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Following the assault of two University of Notre Dame students who were waiting for a bus, local transit agency officials hope to increase security at certain stops. The students, both seniors, were punched moments before boarding the Midnight Express, a new bus route that runs between campus, the northeast neighborhood and downtown, according to a report in the South Bend Tribune.
