Grande West Transportation Group Inc. announced Canada’s BC Transit ordered over 30 CNG-powered Vicinity buses for approximately $9.7 million.

“We are excited to be providing BC Transit with low-emission, environmentally sustainable CNG Vicinity buses for use in BC’s transit systems,” said Jean-Marc Landry, CEO of Grande West. “Adding another CNG customer further strengthens our focus on providing environmentally-friendly transit solutions.”

Current total firm orders are for approximately 190 buses valued at over $49 million.
