Natalie Cornell, LTK’s Director of Business Development, was selected as the 2018 Outstanding Public Transportation Business Member by the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).

Cornell was honored at an awards ceremony and luncheon on September 25th in Nashville, Tenn., as part of APTA’s Annual Meeting.

“There is nothing that means more than being singled out by your peers for an award like this,” she said. “And there’s nothing more humbling, either. For APTA to work correctly, we all have to work together to come to common ground and to do what’s best for the industry as a whole. I want to thank the APTA staff for all their support and thank all the members who keep us all moving forward.”

Cornell serves as co-chair of APTA’s Procurement Steering Committee, chair of the Business Member Procurement Committee, and vice chair of the Rolling Stock Equipment Technical Forum.

She is also a member of the APTA Board of Directors, the Business Member Board of Governors (BMBG), the BMBG Nominating Committee and the Conference Planning Task Force.

“We are very proud of Natalie and her involvement with APTA and other organizations,” said LTK President Dominic DiBrito. “She is a great representative for LTK and a tireless ambassador for the industry.”
