LOS ANGELES — Elon Musk's Boring Company is proposing an approximately 3.6-mile underground high-speed, zero-emission, underground public transportation system to Dodger Stadium called the Dugout Loop, CNBC reports.

Instead of fans driving to the stadium, passengers would load into electric skates that would be able to transport approximately 1,400 fans from East Hollywood in four minutes, avoiding the stop-and-go traffic. The pod-like electric skates, which could carry eight to 16 passengers at a time, would travel up to 150 miles per hour.

Construction would last 14 months, and although not yet finalized, fares would be $1. For the full story, click here.
