To support its current and future customers, ROUSH CleanTech implemented structural changes within the company, which included Joe Thompson, former president of the company, moving to president of the Roush Performance Group, and Todd Mouw, former VP, sales and marketing, being promoted to president of ROUSH CleanTech.

A recognized leader in the propane autogas industry, Mouw has played a key role in taking the company from start up to a sustainable and profitable business with more than 18,000 product sales. As president, Mouw now guides and directs the matrix of all ROUSH CleanTech activities.

“We serve more than 1,200 fleet customers who have deployed more than 18,000 propane autogas vehicles. These personnel changes reflect our continued commitment to today and tomorrow’s customers who choose vehicles fueled by clean, economical, domestically-produced propane,” said Mouw.

Additional changes included:

  • Brian Carney, former executive director of school bus, is the new executive director of customer success. In this role, Carney oversees the Customer Success department focused on supporting our customers and minimizing vehicle downtime. The department includes regionalized field service technicians, customer training team members, a dedicated hotline team, and technical content developers.
  • Chelsea Jenkins, former business development manager, has moved to the new position of executive director of government affairs. Jenkins focuses on the regulatory side of the business and leads the Volkswagen settlement efforts.
