Prevost opened its newest Service Center in the San Francisco area. Expanding on what is already the largest service network in the industry, the new location in northern California will allow Prevost to better serve the most populated state in the country.
The Bay Area location, which opened August 1, is a full-service facility, staffed by factory-trained technicians servicing Prevost, Nova Bus®, and Volvo® coaches, as well as other brands. In addition, two mobile service vans will be based out of the new location in order to offer convenience and increase the service area. Centrally located in Newark, Calif., in the heart of Silicon Valley, the service center is in close proximity to San Francisco, San Juan, and Oakland.
“The newest addition to the Prevost Service Network is in response to our west coast customers’ requirements for more options and accessibility to our services. We will continue to grow in an ongoing commitment to our customers’ needs to maintain the largest and strongest service network in North America,” said Randy Castillo, Prevost’s service network director.
The Prevost Service Network now features 11 Prevost Parts & Service® Centers, 54 mobile service vans, and almost 200 certified service providers.
