RATP Dev North America announced today that Josée Danis will serve as the transportation provider's new VP of business development in Canada.

Danis will lead RATP Dev North America's Canadian division in Montreal, Quebec, to help expand to various cities across the country. She will act as the company's public representative and work to increase RATP Dev's presence in Canada by meeting with local government officials, working with potential private and public partners, and managing transit operation, maintenance bids, and proposals.

Danis brings almost 20 years of experience in the rail industry and finance to RATP Dev. She previously worked with Canadian National Railway in finance, accounting, and rail operations, winning a President's award. She also served as the VP of corporate business and business development for Genesee & Wyoming Canada Inc.
