Calif. city installs 56 new Tolar Manufacturing Co. bus shelters

Tolar Manufacturing Co. joined the City of Lynwood, Calif. to celebrate the first installment of 56 newly designed and fabricated customized transit shelters.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was held at a popular stop serving Lynwood’s Breeze Trolley as well as Los Angeles Metro buses.

The 56 custom shelters will feature a variation on Tolar’s Signature Sunset Series line and include curved sunroofs, custom branded steel strap bus benches, and trash receptacles. Stops will also include solar illumination.
