SAN MARCOS, Texas — A Texas State University student whose body was found on Saturday in Martindale, Texas, was dragged by a party bus, KTRK reports.

The student was dragged more than 500 feet after being hit by the bus and found under the rear axle by the local Sherriff’s office. According reports, the company, Skyline Party Bus, has been involved in two crashes and has had five safety violations since last year. In April, one of the company's buses was found in violation of not being equipped with an anti-lock brake system. The same bus also received a violation that day for having a defective brake warning device. For the full story, click here.
