BREMERTON, Wash. — An avid marijuana activist and smoker has been banned for six months by Kitsap Transit for repeatedly boarding the agency's buses while giving off an overwhelming smell of marijuana, KIRO 7 reports.
The ban is part of Kitsap Transit’s conduct policy, which allows the agency to not allow passengers to use the service if they smell like cat urine, human feces, or give off other bad odors that may disturb other passengers. Riders are warned at least three times before facing a temporary ban from using the service. The man is the first this year to be banned for hygiene. For the full story, click here.
