BETHESDA, Md. — The American Occupational Therapy Association’s Older Driver Initiative Project created an online educational program, “Let’s Talk About Driving,” which helps families discuss how to limit or stop seniors from driving when it becomes unsafe, Fox News reports.

The plan helps families identify signs that older drivers may become unsafe, including heightened agitation, difficulty remaining in a lane and pedal confusion, and makes suggestions to help seniors maintain mobility, such as using paratransit services and reduced transit fare programs.
