Specialty Vehicles announced its new 23-foot Mini Trolley. The new unit, dubbed the SV-23, was built on a Chevrolet chassis with a V-8 engine and six-speed automatic heavy-duty transmission.

The American-made trolley is smaller, more maneuverable and seats up to 14 passengers. With the smaller seating capacity, hotels and other private operators have the ease of hiring drivers without CDL licenses to drive this trolley.

The SV-23 Trolley is available in gas, LPG or CNG and features the nostalgic trolley details, such as brass stanchions, interior wood paneling, oak slat wood seats, and an authentic cupola and trolley bell. It also comes equipped with dash heat & air conditioning, brass front center light and two tone paint.

Several options are also available on the new unit, from ADA accessibility to upgraded alternators and fast idle kits.

Unlike traditional trolleys, the SV-23 Trolley is offered at a lower price point, giving operators a great alternative to the standard passenger bus, according to the company.
