GRAYSON COUNTY, Texas — First Transit, Transdev, and McDonald Transit all submitted bids to the Texoma Area Paratransit System (TAPS) board of directors to take over operation of the agency, KXII-12 reports.

Last month, the board requested the bids in an attempt to get the agency back up and running, after suspending service of the agency for 90 days. The company that wins the bid will have to pay back TAPS' debt which totals more than $4 million. For the full story, click here.
