ATLANTA — A federal judge has ordered MARTA to appear in court over allegations it's violating an order to improve services for the disabled, WABE reported.

Among the stipulations of the court order, which has been in place since 2002, it requires MARTA to strive for an on-time performance rate of 100%.

“Twenty percent of the individuals that are requesting rides on paratransit are not being picked up on time, and in a number of cases, just aren't being picked up at all,” said the plaintiff's attorney David Ates. For the full story, click here.
