Transdev North America was recently selected as a Top 25 Employer for STEM jobs (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from a pool of 1,000 companies. This award by STEM Jobs Magazine recognizes Transdev’s efforts to employ and recruit employees from “STEM” field, acknowledging its multiple concerted efforts to recruit and employ people in “STEM” related jobs.

Transdev was recognized for its efforts to build and recruit for candidates from many diverse backgrounds within the “STEM” fields, for the use of cutting-edge employment and recruiting technology, and for creating new employment opportunities through investment in STEM-related projects varying from digital technology to engineering. For example, Transdev’s employment and technology platform allows candidates to apply for jobs using their smartphones to increase speed and access to the employment process.

“We are very proud to be listed as a ‘Top 25 STEM Jobs Employer’ for 2015. We feel that this designation will help us to recruit new talent to our organization and to be better equipped to handle new opportunities in a growing marketplace,” said Transdev North American CEO Mark Joseph.

The 2015 STEM Jobs Approved Employers list was announced on May 5th, 2015 and rates companies on their responsiveness to creating and filling high-demand, high-growth “STEM” occupations. The Top 25 STEM Jobs Approved Employers are featured in the Spring 2015 issue of STEM Jobs magazine. The complete list of winners is available at stemjobs.com.
