RICHMOND HILL, N.Y. — A New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) bus driver has been taken off the road for allegedly reading and highlighting paperwork, while transporting a bus full of passengers, ABC New York reported.

The incident was caught on cell phone video by a passenger who didn’t want to be identified out of fear of retaliation. The passenger said they shot the video out of concern for other passenger’s safety. For the full story, click here.
