SEATTLE — Commuters in Belltown report seeing a Black Labrador riding the bus alone in recent weeks. The 2-year old dog, Eclipse visits a local dog park a few times a week, sometimes with her owner, Jeff Young, who says the tradition has been going on for a while, KOMO News reported.
