RICHMOND, Va. — To reduce the number of drunk drivers on the roads, two private entities are launching the new Hop RVA bus system, which will give free rides for people who want to travel between popular nightlife areas in the region, reported WRIC.

The service is owned by NightlifeVirginia.Com and Napoleon Taxi and is similar to a bus system Richmond had until early 2013 when the service was stopped amidst safety concerns. The first trial of the bus begins Friday night. For the full story, click here.
