BATON ROUGE, La. — The Times-Picayune reported the Capital Area Transit System’s (CATS) paratransit servicer, Reliant Transportation, overbilled more than $200,000 from 2010 through 2013.

The overbilling came as a result of a Reliant employee, who played a key part in the billing process, leaving the transit group, according to the company’s CEO. Reliant has agreed to pay CATS back. For the full story, click here.
