CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — timesfreepress.com reported that for the past year, Jean-Marie Lawrence, as 2012 Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee, has made it her mission to make others, especially politicians, aware of transportation problems for area residents with disabilities.

Lawrence told the paper that, for people with disabilities, sidewalk access is the city's biggest flaw and that some bus stops are not accessible. For the full story, click here.
