VANCOUVER — The Columbian reported that the C-Tran board of directors is keeping a bus rapid transit project on track, even though there are legal questions and no confirmed funding source.  

Even though the vote only allows the transit system to seek offers from consultants to continue developing the concept, some board members expressed concerns about moving forward on an effort that was shot down in last year's election. For the full story, click here.
