Trapeze Group Americas Names New GM

Trapeze Group Americas appointed Teresa Domingo as its new GM.

Domingo is a skilled transit leader who has had many roles during her tenure with Trapeze. In 2006, she started implementing Trapeze solutions for customers, and worked her way up to manager, professional services. Domingo took on greater responsibility as chief of operations, where she managed multiple teams and oversaw customer success, operations, and customer care. In the role of GM, she will oversee the growth and development of customers and business in the Americas.

For nearly 15 years, Domingo's focus has been ensuring that customers’ needs are met, and their expectations exceeded. "I am truly grateful to be leading the amazing team at Trapeze. I have always been motivated by the value our solutions deliver to our customers, which empower people to move through life," she said. "I am excited to continue creating a positive, lasting impact on people and communities."

Domingo has always used her voice to implement recommendations and processes that have benefited customers and positioned Trapeze Group for growth. As a female leader, she brings a new perspective to the role of GM, and continuously empowers others in the transit industry. With Domingo in the driver’s seat, Trapeze will continue to create inclusive transit solutions, and ensure that mobility accommodates diversity, equality, and accessibility.
