Tim Worthen and Peter Grunwaldt, owners and co-CEOs of Premier Alaska Tours Inc., a receptive tour and transportation company based in Anchorage, Alaska since 1995, announced that Josh Howes has been promoted to President effective immediately.

 

“Josh has been a key part of our success, and we are thrilled to promote him to this integral position,” said Tim Worthen, CEO of Premier Alaska Tours.

 

Howes has been with Premier Alaska Tours Inc. since 2000 leading the motorcoach division, implementing and overseeing safety operations, and has been instrumental in providing ADA accessible motorcoaches to the Premier fleet.

 

Howes has served on the board of directors with the Anchorage Convention and Visitors Bureau since 2003, and is currently serving as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board.

 

Howes received a Masters of Science in Global Supply Chain Management in 2005 from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He is also a graduate of Alaska Pacific University where he spent one year abroad in Japan attending Nagoya Gakuin University.

 

With this new position, Howes will oversee all departments at Premier Alaska Tours.
