SAN FRANCISCO — Despite threatening to veto the legislation last week, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed two bills on Monday that would provide a one-time allocation of $400 million in fuel-tax revenue to cash-strapped transit operators in California within 90 days and another $350 million for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, reports sfgate.com.
