BOSTON — A judge appointed by a federal court to monitor the agency's compliance in a settlement in a 2002 federal class-action lawsuit over the system's accessibility said that the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority has made significant progress in providing accessibility over the last four years, but riders with disabilities still face daily obstacles using the public transit system, boston.com reports.
