TWIN FALLS, Idaho — Disabled residents have found it difficult to get around the rural community of Twin Falls, but a new nonprofit group has been able to provide transportation to 1,000 residents by pursuing federal grant funding and implementing a voucher system, reported the Daily Yonder.
