SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Calling the changes a band-aid for a much bigger problem, the City Council unanimously voted against proposed changes to the city’s paratransit system in favor of more discussion on long-term solutions, according to the Argus Leader.

The changes would have limited the amount of rides offered outside the federally-mandated service areas during peak travel times and not allow new subscribers who live outside of the mandated service areas. For the full story, click here.
