SAVANNAH, Ga. — Passengers hoping to use the Chatham Area Transit paratransit program must now set up an in-person interview with CAT officials, reported the Savannah Morning News.

The goal of this updated eligibility process is to ensure that only persons who meet the regulatory criteria are regarded as eligible for paratransit service, making this vital service more efficient.
