GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A newly developed transit master plan addresses expansion plans over the next 10 to 20 years for The Rapid, and includes proposals for buses to run until midnight on weekdays, all routes running on Sundays and 15-minute waits between buses, The Grand Rapids Press reports.
