TEMPE, Ariz. — A new $26 million, three-story Transportation Center may include various amenities, including locally grown produce, gourmet coffee, art and wine, according to the Arizona Republic. When it was conceptualized, city officials hoped to fill it with businesses that incorporate environmentally friendly aspects in their operations to keep with the center's green-friendly construction.
