CLEVELAND — As of February 1, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority transit police will get tougher on juveniles who don’t pay fares on the HealthLine and Red Line, issuing $50 tickets to the minors and their parents, Cleveland.com reports.

Transit police will meet with school officials, parent-teacher groups and members of community organizations in the Cleveland area to explain the new policy and brainstorm ideas for spreading the word to youths. For the full story, click here.
