LONG BEACH, Calif. — While California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) officials are currently negotiating a contract with Long Beach Transit to continue the popular U-PASS program, the service will be suspended for the summer, according to the Daily 49er.

U-PASS allows students, faculty and staff to ride LB Transit or Passport shuttles for free by swiping their ID cards. CSULB officials are confident the service will return in the fall. For the full story, click here.
