TRENTON, N.J. — The results from NJ Transit’s latest customer satisfaction survey show that riders feel that the level of service is “barely acceptable,” nj.com reported. Overall satisfaction ranked 5.1 on a scale of 0 to 10, down from 5.3 in the previous period.

The survey was conducted in November, shortly after a Halloween-weekend snowstorm that caused serious disruptions on two North Jersey rail lines. For the full story, click here.
